feet: part 6

Multi-feet:

My parents, not finding any end tables they liked, even after post-war shortages of household goods should have been ending in 1949, hired a high school senior woodshop student to make them a pair out of cherry.

My father's high school woodworking project (one of many), an end table made to measure for his mother's couch, had only three feet.

Monopod:

Or half of one, anyway. I'd have to move the furniture to get far enough back to get the whole width in frame. My mother's grandmother's walnut dresser.
