The two large dogs staying in this suite had been there for several days without any trouble when this happened. The mattress was a bystander, not too severely injured.

ReplyDeleteThey must have. All was calm by the time I got there in the morning, and I calmed down as soon as I collected all the pieces and decided they probably hadn't eaten any of it, so no need to call in the on-call doctor (who has a two-year-old, so her days off are quite disrupted enough.)
