still with the knee

Consider this a weight-loss advisory: if you ever need to haul your body around with your arms, the less you weigh, the better. Tired, now!


  1. I've been trying to keep up with the exercise thing, however, the body parts are complaining more and more each day. I feel for you. I'm having the feeling that losing the weight is getting more and more difficult. I like food waaaay to much! Damn calories!

  2. Thanks for the tip, Mary Anne! I'll try to keep that in mind (and try not to injure myself, 'cause I'm packing waaaaaay too much extra weight!!
