It was, indeed. Unfortunately I don't know many people who can afford to travel, so I doubt it will get crowded up there.

My father was born in it. I've slept in it from 1973 until I moved this August. The cherry bed wouldn't go around the turn in the stairs, so I'm sleeping in it now, on the first floor.
My office has a similar look, still haven't unpacked the move boxes!But looks like a lovely room once you get settled in.
But Crabby, you ought to be unpacking faster than I am, since you're getting so much practice!
Oooh... I'd be willing to share with the laundry for the chance to sleep in that gorgeous bed!
