Sing it, sistah! I have been wearing my fleece "jammies" and fuzzy socks around the house, and still have a quilt in the living room to ward off evening chill. Bizarre. Darn that global warming!!! Daryl
I was just in KY last week! Didn't get to see all the people I wanted to see, but it was great.
The weather forecast when we set out said it was supposed to thunderstorm every day we were there! :-P But it didn't. It was almost perfect. Go figure. (It was awfully windy one day, and looked like it might rain any minute, but it never did--the wind just kept us cool.)
Hmmm - sounds more like a Canadian summer.... and we're having some of yours. It's supposed to be warm all week, and hot on the weekend. No flannel pj's here.

ReplyDeleteOr wearing a scarf in the middle of July. I've been doing that a lot lately. Grrr.
ReplyDelete- Sagan
Tonight will make five nights of flannel.
ReplyDelete(Hmm. Five Nights of Flannel sounds like a mystery novel.)
Five Nights of Flannel is a great title! Maybe a romantic comedy/musical on Broadway.
ReplyDeleteIf it's any consolation, the weather this year has been bizarre pretty much everywhere.
